3. Service Use

- Prohibited Use: You shall not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
4. Service Provision
- Installation: KS Network Limited will install the necessary equipment and establish connectivity as agreed upon in the service contract.
- Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted services; however, service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
- Bandwidth and IP Allocation: KS Network Limited will provide dedicated bandwidth and static IP addresses or PPPOE as specified in the service contract.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Secure Space: Clients must provide a secure space for KS Network Limited’s equipment.
- Power Supply: Clients must ensure an uninterrupted 24-hour power supply.
- Access: Clients must allow free access for KS Network Limited technical staff for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Electrical Grounding: Clients must provide adequate earthing or electrical grounding for the equipment.
6. Fees and Payment
- Service Fees: Fees for services provided will be as agreed upon in the service contract.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made as per the terms outlined in the invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms specified in the service contract.
7. Support Services
- 24/7 Support: KS Network Limited provides 24-hour on-call network support. Support levels and response times are specified in the service contract.
- Fault Reporting: Clients can report faults online through our ticketing system. Updates and alerts will be provided via email.
- Monitoring: We monitor all client links using MRTG and SmokePing to ensure optimal service performance.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the term of the service contract.
- Data Protection: KS Network Limited is committed to protecting client data and will adhere to applicable data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Service Interruptions: KS Network Limited is not liable for any interruptions or disruptions in service caused by factors beyond our control.
- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Termination
- By Client: Clients may terminate the service contract by providing written notice as specified in the contract.
- By KS Network Limited: We may terminate the service contract for breach of terms, non-payment, or any other reason as specified in the contract.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
12. Changes to Terms
KS Network Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
